Spike produce film for local disability service

We were contacted by the States of Guernsey to create a recruitment film for one of their disability services, The Croft. We set out to create a video that highlighted positive aspects of working at The Croft. We filmed employees working to show off what the job may look like on a day to day basis, we also had them speaking to camera, describing positive aspects of their work.

We sent two cameramen to The Croft to film employees conducting their day to day activities and saying their spoken parts to camera. The result was an emotive film that was posted to the States of Guernsey social pages where at the current time of writing it has amassed 18.5k views and plenty of engagement.
