Animation and interview combine for IoD project

We were asked by IoD Guernsey to create a video that showcases their leadership shadowing programme.

Rather than a standard ‘talking head’ style video we wanted to create something a bit more visually interesting.

We decided that it would be a good idea to hear about the programme straight from the people who have experienced it, this way the audience, who are teens thinking about enrolling in the programme, can hear a fresh an honest take on what they cab expect from people their age who have just undertaken the experience.

We chose to conduct the interviews in front of our green screen, this was so that we could layer dynamic, colourful and visually striking graphics on the video that compliment what is being said by the students being interviewed. We believe this is more engaging and interesting to watch than a standard interview and should appeal to the target audience.
