Children's Convenor

We produced and created several films for the Children’s Convenor in Guernsey. The purpose of these films was to show new employees how the process of a hearing would unfold for the purpose of training. We recorded an entire mock hearing from start to finish. We also filmed other aspects of the process that would happen before and after, both with and without the child and family present. We also produced smaller clips that demonstrate good and bad behaviour both on the part of the families and employees. These videos will save the Children’s Convenor a lot of time when it comes to training new employees as previously they would carry out a mock hearing each time they needed to explain the process, now they have access to the do’s and don’ts of these sensitive meetings.
