59 Million Pound Office For Sale

We were approached by UK based property investment firm JLL and Jersey based real estate agents D2 to use our VR software to create a virtual tour of Guernsey’s Trafalgar Court office block. The building was to be listed for sale and our tour was to be used to market the building to potential buyers who due to Covid restrictions couldn’t currently travel to the island to tour the property in person.

Working with Trafalgar Court presented us with a few challenges. First of all it was the biggest property we’ve worked with to date. The sheer size of the 5 floor building would take us multiple trips to scan in its entirety and push our VR software to its limits. The building was currently occupied by multiple different business’. This created a few difficulties, first in scheduling our access to each individual office, secondly in obtaining the multiple permissions and thirdly in being vigilant and making sure sensitive data wasn’t being picked up by our camera. Working with the landlord we were able to co-operate and accommodate all of the business’ present in the building and after multiple trips complete the scanning of Trafalgar Court which is currently on the market for £59.1 million.

Trafalgar court is our biggest project to date and we’ve learnt a lot from working on it. The complexity of the buildings architecture and many tenants has prepared us well for the next large scale project that we take on.
